Liked our stay in this hotel. Had quite comfortable stay during our visit and the weather was mild. The location was great and incredible down to one of the many beaches.
The staff we met were not particularly helpful.

It was an amazing and fantastic location not far from nature and beautiful views as well as slope. We had a family room with a magnificent view.

The units are compact, budget with amazing views over merimbula. The price is just right - £ 155.

The room was to pay for upgrade to have a semi renovated bathroom and available with fantastic views over the town. Facilities we needed were available: tea, coffee, a private balcony, and a lounge. Location: the hotel was very close to the hill in the town and the coast and slope causing access issues.
Tbh, this hotel needs an upgrade.

So glad we chose it, spent 9 relaxing days here. The food was freshly made, with a lot of options. The setting was incredible, not far from the hill in the town, the town centre, and Australia.

The location was great as it was close to eateries and restaurants. Tried some takeout specials at Hungry's Cafe, luckily it was not very far from the venue:)))
The hotel needed an upgrade.

The building is nice and the rooms are freshly renovated and decent sized with great view and tables & chairs & lounge, for example. The breakfast is delicious with toast, a fabulous view, lots to choose from. The services are friendly, including a good pool.

The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a particularly good area, short walk to the beach as well as Merimbula Lake. I booked beautifully decorated and brand-new room with a ceiling fan and a private balcony and partially renovated original 1970's bathroom. The staff and the owner were all genuinely professional.
The hotel staff was average.

The room was decent sized and functional with climate control, a lounge, and a toaster. The continental breakfast included lots of meals...
